Kofax Capture workflow

A batch is processed through Kofax Capture, and all the data is extracted by the time it reaches Correction. If any characters are unconfident, the fields can be corrected and the new data validated.

After leaving Correction, the batch, along with the corrected data, is passed on to additional modules to further process the extracted information. Finally, each document along with its extracted information is released to a back office system for storage or further processing.
