Select multiple document definitions to optimize

This topic describes one way of starting an Optimize session.

To select multiple document definitions to optimize:

  1. Using Optimize, double-click the document profile you want to optimize.
  2. In the Document definitions dialog, use the filters to list only the document definitions you want.
  3. Right-click any document definition and click Select all. This selects all items in the list. Or, hold down the Shift key or Ctrl and left-click each desired document definition to select specific document definitions.

    Which document definitions need optimizing?

  4. Right-click in any selected document definition and click Open. An optimize session starts with the document definitions you selected.
  5. Proceed according to the instructions.
