A field title is not interpreted or found

If there is no frame around the field title, double-click the field title in the document image. If Kofax ReadSoft Entrance displays “no object area defined," the word was not found.

Solution

This field must be learned manually in the Optimize so that Kofax ReadSoft Entrance can find the field. Select Invoice > Save to Optimize. When prompted to comment, specify what the problem was, and that the field position should be set to fixed.
