The Endorser counters dialog
To access this dialog: Using Manager, select Settings > Endorser counters.
Use these settings to create an endorser counter:
| Name | Specify a name for the counter. |
| Counter | The initial counter value is 0 by default. You can change this. |
| Update | Adds the counter to the system, or updates one you have just edited. |
| Add new | Click to add a new counter. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected counter. |
| Edit | Click to change the counter value of a selected counter. |
| Unlock | Click to unlock a selected counter. |
