Date field
Use this field to collect date information.
| Option | Description |

| Date format | In this combo box, select the desired date format. |
| Restrict to date range | Select this checkbox to restrict date entries to a specified range of dates.
When this checkbox is selected, the From and To boxes are enabled. |
| From | Specify the earliest date that may be entered. |
| To | Specify the latest date that may be entered. |
