Files are not attached to the email notification | Check the position of the Notification Options Extended component in the process. Make sure this component is placed where you would like an attachment to be obtained. The attachment comes from the component immediately before the Notification component. |
It is taking too long to receive the email message | Check the SMTP server settings to be sure there is no delay in processing the message. The SMTP server used to deliver the notification might not do so immediately after receipt of a message. It might be configured to wait a certain amount of time before sending the message. |
