How to Determine local host name or IP address of the Workflow server

Open a new configuration file within AutoStore Process Designer and drag and drop the Ricoh Desktop SF component.
Right-click Ricoh Desktop SF and select Properties.
Select the Preferences tab.
Copy the Server URL.
Open a command window.
- To get the host name, at the prompt type hostname.
- To get IP address, and at the command prompt type ipconfig.
Replace the text “localhost” with either the name of the host or the IP address of the host.
